"Owner were very helpful and personable. We were there for about 4 months and when we left they refuned our lot rent that we didn't use. Most places don't do that. Sites were clean and well maintained. Would stay here again."

Great Park !
"This was our 2nd winter snow birding here and it just keeps getting better ! The owner has invested a lot of time and money improving the park. The staff is friendly and always willing to help solve any problems that might come up . The lights around the pond at night are especially nice and the new lighted nature path should make this park even more special ! We’ll be back next year !!!"

Great park !
"This is our 2nd winter snow birding at this RV park. It just keeps getting better. The owner has invested a lot of time and money to continually improve the park. Most of the sites are level concrete and the park is safe and well lit. The recent lights around the pond are really a nice touch, especially at night. There will soon be a walking path through the woods that will have lighting at night. It is only a 2 hour drive to the coast and New Orleans and we found competition level BBQ 15 minutes south ! We already plan to winter here next year !"
